Achilles tendon injury

Lots of people are concerned because David Beckham has injured his Achilles tendon. He has my sympathy as I snapped mine many years ago. BUT my other Achilles is now sore & it's preventing me from doing my daily 2 - 3 mile walk. Say aaaahhhh!
